THE APE

THE APE is about the primitive things in us humans, and the human condition at large. Mindless imitation, reactive hatred, the pull towards apathy and conformity. And at the same time: potential, growth, evolution. Revolution. From pathetic writing in the mud, to crawling, to walking upright.

THE APE is ideological warfare against fascism, totalitarianism, apathy and conformity. The project holds us all accountable. 

 

THE APE blends driving hardcore, dark post-punk and electronic elements with a flare of grandiose, classic rock. The bands' sound has little to no limitations, but is reminiscent of bands like The Armed, IDLES, Honningbarna, Birds in Row, MSPAINT, and more.
